WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND DO YOU DELIVER?

We are based out of Mountain View & deliver mainly to the South Bay area. We also deliver to surrounding cities an increased delivery fee.

AM I ABLE TO PICK UP?

While we don’t have a permanent, designated pick up spot at the moment, if you decide to order for pick up, a representative will contact you after you place your order to give you details of that week’s temporary pick up location or you can set up a place to meet.

DO YOU TAKE SAME DAY ORDERS? HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I HAVE TO ORDER?

Yes! We do take same day orders. We ask that you put in your order no later than 11am to ensure availability. Event Requests should be made as early as possible to ensure out availability, but no later than 5 days before the event.

WHAT HAPPENS IF NOBODY IS HOME WHEN THE DELIVERY IS MADE?

Due to the nature of these desserts, we will only leave desserts at your door if specifically asked, but we DO NOT recommend or prefer doing so in order to maintain treat freshness. If we are unable to make a drop-off, we will reach out to you to set up another drop-off or pick up time within 3 hours. If one can not be made that day, you can get another delivery date for an additional $2.

WHAT IF I HAVE CERTAIN ALLERGIES OR INTOLERANCES?

Please let us know if you have a nut allergy so we can ensure your order is specially made in a nut-free area. As of right now, we cannot guarantee accommodations to any other allergies or intolerances. Please call us if you have questions in regards to specific ingredients. While this is our policy at the moment, we are working to improve our knowledge of delicious substitutions & other options to broaden our reach.

Things You Need to Know

We founded Quennie's Treats & Sweets with one goal in mind: giving our customers a rewarding and enjoyable experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!

RETURN POLICY: In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your Quennie’s Treats & Sweets dessert, please let us know about the problem within 48 hours and then arrange to have the uneaten portion of your dessert returned or picked up within three business days of receipt of your product. Full or partial refunds and store credit are decided on a case-by-case basis, but our goal is always to have you leave happy. If we have made a genuine mistake (the product was not made correctly), we will certainly make it right. We are not able to offer refunds in cases where the product was made correctly, but a flavor or texture didn't meet a personal preference. Most people love our flavors, but it's impossible to predict everyone's particular taste preferences. If something has gone wrong, please call or e-mail us at customersupport@quenniestreats.com right away!

Cancellation Policy: Please be aware that we are unable to cancel orders with less than 48 hours notice. In some, but not all cases, it may be possible for us to offer full or partial store credit for a future purchase in the event of a cancellation. Amount of potential store credit depends on how much work has already been done on the cancelled order.
